SHIPPING
Each Cordiz order is carefully prepared by hand in our workshops in the Tarn region of Southwestern France, with the same attention and care as that given to the creation of the piece itself.
Preparation time
Our pieces are crafted in limited series. Most of our creations are made to order, with a production time of up to 15 days from the receipt of your order.
Mainland France — free of charge
Tracked Colissimo delivery with signature required. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Upon request at checkout, delivery to a Colissimo pick-up point is also available.
European Union — €15
Tracked Colissimo International delivery with signature required. Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days depending on destination.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway — €25
Tracked Colissimo International delivery. Customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days.
Rest of the world — DHL Express from €45
Secure air transport via DHL Express with end-to-end tracking. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on destination. Any customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A confirmation email is sent upon dispatch, including your tracking number. Every shipment is insured until delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each Cordiz piece is designed to accompany you for years. If the item you received does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us.
Return period
You have 14 days from receipt to inform us of your return request.
Conditions
The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unmarked, and complete with its dust bag, packaging, and all original elements. Personalised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
Procedure
From mainland France, returns are free of charge. A prepaid Colissimo return label can be provided upon request at contact@cordiz.com, with drop-off available at a post office, relay point, or mailbox. From abroad, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured shipment for the full value of the item.
Refunds
Once the item has been received and checked in our workshops, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different colour or model are possible, subject to stock availability. Contact us and we will find the best solution together.
After-sales service
Our pieces are designed to last and develop a natural patina over time. For care instructions, please refer to the care section on our website. For any repair or restoration requests, our workshop remains available at contact@cordiz.com.
